"Perhaps add some commentary to the preparation literature describing typical responses to the medications (ie it is not until after taking the Pico-Salax that the bowel movements really became frequent). I took 2 days off work to prepare, and in reality had I known the impact of Ducolax pills on day 1 (two days before) was not that severe I could have gone to work that day and only missed one day of work."

"I think the service was fabulous. Everyone I encountered was professional and friendly, thus making the experience less intimidating. I found the information sheet on what to expect useful and the plans to help me prepare (eg exact dates and times to take the stool softener and laxatives and how much fluid and what types to drink) was clear and easy to follow.
